The fan runs quietly and the light is bright. 4 stars instead of 5 because the description says there are multiple light settings (bright, natural, white) and there are not. There are multiple speeds on them fan, which is nice, and the remote came with a timer. We just installed it so it hasn't been long enough to see if the timer function works. I was surprised by the timer function and wonder if they sent the incorrect remote since I am missing the light options. However, the remote works.

It is a really pretty fun and installation wasn't as horrible as some reviewers led me to believe.

Very nice, neat & elegant. It has 3 light color options. The best thing I like about this is you cant see the clear fan until you turn it on. The fan runs stronger/cooler (at low speed) comparing with my old fan bought from Costco. Love it.

We had an electrician install it and I highly recommend that because the directions arent always super clear! Its beautiful! The fan blows stronger than a regular ceiling fan when on high (which was a concern of ours). Highly recommend!! The price is amazing and the crystal is all affixed before it gets to you which is kind of nice! They do give you extra crystal if some are missing. Id purchase again and again!

Missing part to cover light.

The fan is compact and silent. Lovely design, lights up the room beautiful. After sales service brilliant. I can't fault this light and I'm so pleased with it

Looks beautiful and works well. Light is beautiful and bright, and dims nicely. Fan works nicely in this size room. The blades retract, and is so cool. Took about 40 minutes to install with a handyman who is used to installing. So nice, Ill buy another!

i love the elegance of this light, but wish it could be on a dimmer as well and the fan go counter clock wise as well...but its beautiful and serves its purpose where it is placed

It just doesnt work, only the light. Its to late to return this item. Plus I paid to have them installed.

Beautiful light fixture , although the crystals make patterns on the ceiling and walls when light is on. Love that the fan blades retract. Works great!! Was missing one part . Customer service responded quickly and have since received the missing part. Havent been able to add the part yet as need to partially dismantle the cover yo place it . Tried to show the reflection on the wall with the light on .
