Same-day Process

What If My Order Is Missing?
If a shipment is lost due to a carrier error (after completing the carrier's complaint procedure), we will refund you or attempt to re-ship the product. It is mandatory that you notify guest service by email within 14 days (i.e., no later than 28 days after the shipment date) if the shipment has not been delivered to your delivery address or the pick-up point.
What happens if I am not at home or can’t be at home at the time of delivery?
In case of absence at the delivery time, as mentioned above, we will keep you informed of the latest status by sending email notifications until the orders are finally delivered to your hand. Therefore, please pay attention to your email, because it will be your responsibility to collect the package from the place and in the time scale indicated. If the deadline has passed, your orders will be kept by the local carriers, or maybe just returned to our warehouses. Therefore, it becomes your responsibility to contact our customer services to re-organize another delivery.

If there's nothing wrong with the craftsmanship of your fan or lighting, you can return the item as long as 90 days from the delivery date. Please note that our local return address differs from the original shipping address. Therefore, to ensure that we can accept your returned items, please follow the return instructions.

Step 1: initiate a return

To initiate a return, log in customer account and submit return requests to us, or simply contact us by email with order number, and claim the return.
As long as it's within 90 days from the delivery date, you are eligible for returns.
Once we receive your request, we will promptly provide you with return instructions email (free return label, tracking number, return address included).
Step 2: receive and print the free return label
Please print the return label (free shipping waybill), and attach it to the return parcel.
Step 3: post the return parcel in time
Please include product and all accessories in the original parcel, and visit the nearby pick-up point to post the parcel in time.
Step 4: go through inspection
After receiving the returned parcel, we will inspect the items, and if they are in good condition, we will proceed with the refund.
Step 5: full refund
The refund will be processed and done within 24-48 hours.

I liked those specific Lamps when i saw them in certain hardware and high end furniture stores but was hesitant to spend hundreds of Dollars on just one Lamp. I stumbled over this one and thought i give it a Chance.
I was surprised when it arrived. Shipping was quick, packaging was great and the assembly was done by my 8 year old.
It is well manufactured and the quality is nothing less than the high end ones we saw.
Installing was a matter of 15min and it just looks great and we get quite some comments from people.

Love this light fixture! It was really easy for my husband to put together—it was his first time installing a lighting fixture and it took less than 30 min. We did find a tutorial on YouTube to help us out. Overall, extremely great quality for what we paid! Definitely recommend

This light adds a lot of modern touch to my decor. Worth it! Tried it with a different light bulb than the one advertised and it looked good. But will get those round light bulbs to get the look shown so it can be at its best!

Looks amazing unlit and even better when it’s lit.
