What If My Order Is Missing?

What happens if I am not at home or can’t be at home at the time of delivery?
In case of absence at the delivery time, as mentioned above, we will keep you informed of the latest status by sending email notifications until the orders are finally delivered to your hand. Therefore, please pay attention to your email, because it will be your responsibility to collect the package from the place and in the time scale indicated. Please note that our local return address differs from the original shipping address. Therefore, to ensure that we can accept your returned items, please follow the return instructions.

Step 2: receive and print the free return label
Please print the return label (free shipping waybill), and attach it to the return parcel.
Step 3: post the return parcel in time

Step 4: go through inspection
After receiving the returned parcel, we will inspect the items, and if they are in good condition, we will proceed with the refund.
