90 Days Free Return

If there's nothing wrong with the craftsmanship of your fan or lighting, you can still return it as long as 90 days from the delivery date. Please note that our local return address differs from the original shipping address. Therefore, to ensure that we can accept your returned items, please follow the return instructions.

Return Instructions

• Step 1: initiate a return

To start a return, simply contact us with your request. You have 90 days from the delivery date to return any product for any reason. Once we receive your request, we will promptly provide you with the return link and instructions.

Please read the details, and click “apply for return” to initiate the refund.

• Step 2: preliminary verification

Kindly choose a reason for the return and attach supporting documentation such as photos or videos of the items being returned.

• Step 3: receive a free postage return label

After the preliminary verification, you will find out the return address. Please click to download the free shipping label (free waybill).

• Step 4: pack & shipment returns

To return your product, please print and attach the provided return label to the parcel. Then, visit a nearby pick-up point to post the parcel. Please ensure that all product accessories are included in the returning parcel.

• Step 5: go through inspections

Once we have received the items, they will undergo inspection. If the item is in good condition, we will proceed with the refund process.

• Step 6: refund process

Once approved, then the refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.

Cancellation

Before completing your checkout, please carefully review all spellings, dates, and names. If you need to cancel your order, you are welcome to contact us within 12 hours of placing it for any reason. Please note that after 12 hours, your order will be in the processing or shipping stage, and we cannot cancel it.

Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped, Lost Items:

If an item we have sent you is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full or partial refund or exchange. Should your item be lost, we will resend it if possible; otherwise, you will be refunded.
