To start a return, simply contact us with your request. You have 90 days from the delivery date to return any product for any reason. Once we receive your request, we will promptly provide you with the return link and instructions.

After the preliminary verification, you will find out the return address. Please click to download the free shipping label (free waybill).
To return your product, please print and attach the provided return label to the parcel. Then, visit a nearby pick-up point to post the parcel. Please ensure that all product accessories are included in the returning parcel.
Once we have received the items, they will undergo inspection. If the item is in good condition, we will proceed with the refund process.
Once approved, then the refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.
