What If My Order Is Missing?

It is mandatory that you notify guest service by email within 14 days (i.e., no later than 28 days after the shipment date) if the shipment has not been delivered to your delivery address or the pick-up point.

What happens if I am not at home or can’t be at home at the time of delivery?
