Very very happy

Great Product, but hold onto the Remote

This fan really brightens up the space and provides a very quiet motor, which is awesome! However, we lost the remote and having trouble replacing it. We have tried to contact the manufacture directly, but no response. A bit concerned on their customer service. ANY INFO ON HOW TO GET A REPLACMENET REMOTE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. Any feedback?

Overall, I think this has good value. It looks great in my fitness room. However, it doesn’t have a reverse feature, and it was a bit difficult to mount on the bracket. Two person installation required.

Very nice and great customer service

We purchased this light during the British heatwave but couldn't get it installed straight away. I had received messages from the seller asking how it was and if I could leave a review. I explained how we weren't able to get it fitted yet and they said it wasn't a problem and to let them know when we had fitted it so they could record our 2 year warranty from that date. I thought that was great. Finally had this installed in August.
1. We had an electrician install it. I'm not sure how easy it was because I wasn't the one who spoke to the electrician, but it's working so that means a good thing
2. Our previous lighting was old and dimming so immediately this was very bright for us. Took some time adjusting. There are 3 options that work perfectly but we usually only keep it on 1 option as the other 2 are too bright for us.
3. There are 3 fan speeds which work. Because it is now November we have no need for them but hopefully they'll come in handy when the weather picks up again. A remote control is provided which needs a battery to change the light and fan options.

The video attached shows the general gist. Overall we are happy with this purchase
