What If My Order Is Missing?
If a shipment is lost due to a carrier error (after completing the carrier's complaint procedure), we will refund you or attempt to re-ship the product. It is mandatory that you notify guest service by email within 14 days (i.e., no later than 28 days after the shipment date) if the shipment has not been delivered to your delivery address or the pick-up point.
What happens if I am not at home or can’t be at home at the time of delivery?
In case of absence at the delivery time, as mentioned above, we will keep you informed of the latest status by sending email notifications until the orders are finally delivered to your hand. Therefore, please pay attention to your email, because it will be your responsibility to collect the package from the place and in the time scale indicated. As long as it's within 90 days from the delivery date, you are eligible for returns.
Once we receive your request, we will promptly provide you with return instructions email (free return label, tracking number, return address included).
Step 2: receive and print the free return label
Please print the return label (free shipping waybill), and attach it to the return parcel.
Step 3: post the return parcel in time
Please include product and all accessories in the original parcel, and visit the nearby pick-up point to post the parcel in time.
Step 4: go through inspection
After receiving the returned parcel, we will inspect the items, and if they are in good condition, we will proceed with the refund.
Step 5: full refund
The refund will be processed and done within 24-48 hours.

I thought when we chose to "re-order" and item, we would be sent the same item.
But my "re-order" was not the same size and it is not the same size as quoted. But it is pretty.

We did away with most of our table lamps, as they were clunky and took up a lot of bedside space... these are great! They provide enough light when you're in bed, don't take up valuable bedside space, and seemed easy to install (hubby did the installation, but he hardly swore at all while doing it) <3 :)
